Yes. Every graft is supplied under our Quality Management System with full compliance to MHRA and HTA standards and ISO accreditations, and in line with the EU Tissue and Cells Directive (EUTCD). Tissue is tracked electronically with full donor-to-recipient traceability, and stored under monitored, alarmed conditions until use.
Joint Operations is fully licensed by the Human Tissue Authority (HTA Licence Number 22662) — verifiable on the HTA register at hta.gov.uk. Supply also complies with the EUTCD, and hospitals maintain records including the unique donation identifier, batch or serial number, product code and patient linkage.
We operate an urgent / same-day courier service 24/7, plus standard next-day delivery for elective cases and stock. With 70+ pool drivers covering all routes across the UK, Ireland and Europe, there is no limit to deliveries.
You'll need appropriate secure storage systems, an End User Agreement (EUA) in place before supply, and a purchase order. Emergency supply is available with clinical authorisation. We invoice daily on a cost-recovery basis.
